Description

This Phase III engineering contract provides comprehensive construction engineering support to IDOT across multiple improvement projects in District 1. HBM assists resident engineers with field inspection, quality assurance, layout verification, and project documentation in accordance with IDOT standards and federal requirements, providing a dedicated project manager and qualified inspection staff across assigned locations. Under the current work order, HBM is delivering construction engineering services for a 4,470-foot corridor improvement along IL Route 43 (Harlem Avenue) in the Village of Bridgeview — traffic signal modernization, ADA accessibility improvements, curb and gutter replacement, light pole replacement, and full pavement removal and resurfacing across seven major intersections from 78th Street to 90th Street.
