Phase I/II Bridge Engineering in District 5
As Prime Consultant, HBM will lead Phase I/II engineering for the Oakwood Street structure carrying traffic over Interstate 74 north of US 150 in Vermilion County — extending HBM’s IDOT portfolio into District 5. Selections were announced in IDOT’s PTB 220 press release dated July 15, 2026.
