A Landmark Corridor, Delivered Together
As the Prime Consultant for Phase II — I-90/94 NB, HBM Engineering Group led design efforts alongside our outstanding subconsultant team. This landmark corridor project was made possible through strong collaboration with our valued partners GRAEF (Phase II, I-90/94 SB & REV) and HNTB (Phase III Construction Management), whose leadership played a critical role in delivering this transformative improvement to one of the region's most vital expressways.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Illinois Department of Transportation for entrusting the team with such a complex and high-profile project, with special thanks to IDOT Bureau of Bridges & Structures and IDOT District 1 personnel for their support throughout project delivery.
