Phase I Engineering on the IL 92 Corridor
As Prime Consultant, HBM will lead Phase I engineering for the IL 92 corridor from ILL 192 to Brights Court in Andalusia, in IDOT District 2’s Rock Island County. Selections were announced in IDOT’s PTB 216 press release dated July 16, 2025.
